Grandma was born in 1916 in Iowa.
She married Ishmeal Miller in 1934 and they settled down, raising two daughters on their country farm. Thelma Ann and Betty worked on the farm with their dad while their mom stayed in the kitchen, baking fresh home baked goods for her family. There were always delicious baked breads, food and desserts ready for them when they returned from home or work on the farm.
